The 18 duplex pool villas are laid out in a series of villages set out on 2–3-acre sites, each comprising 6–7 villas, with a total of 54 rooms. Villas are set out across three levels – a ground floor, an upper floor and a rooftop pool lounge with jacuzzi. Customisable for complete exclusivity, the ground and upper floor accommodation caters for individual, couple or family needs, ranging from a deluxe room, a master king room, a master king suite to a three-bedroom luxury villa. In each configuration, provision is made for private entrance access and access to the rooftop pool lounge.

Sarova Maiyan Nanyuki was created as an eco-friendly resort with an organic farm, green energy and recycled water system. 200 000 tree seedlings of different indigenous tree varieties, flowers and plants are grown in the mature organic farm on site. The majority of the resort’s power needs is sourced from green energy fulfilled through the off-grid 150 kW solar power installation and solar-powered street lighting. 100% of the water heating is also solar powered, and a water treatment plant treats all the potable water consumed, which is then used for irrigation.
